Preparing Your Device for Return
Before returning your device, it is mandatory that all personal data is removed and the device is factory reset. Devices that are not correctly reset may be rejected and returned to you.
Important Requirements - You Must:
- Sign out and remove your Google account
- Perform a factory reset

Follow the steps below to prepare an Android device for return:

Returning the Device
Once the device is prepared and powered off, please package the device in the box provided.
- Ensure the device has been factory reset and powered off
- Place the device in the protective sleeve
- Use the adhesive tape to seal the box
- Stick the return label to the outside of the box
No additional postage or labels are required.
To ship your device, please use either Drop Off or Schedule Collection.

What Happens if the Device is Not Returned?
If a device is not returned within the required timeframe:
- Reminder notifications will continue
- The request may be escalated to your manager
- Further action may be taken in line with company policy
