Preparing Your Device for Return
Before returning your device, it is mandatory that all personal data is removed and the device is reset. Devices that are not correctly reset may be rejected and returned to you.
Important Requirements - You Must:
- Sign out and remove your Apple iCloud account
- Disable Find My and Activation Lock
- Reset and Erase the device

Follow the steps below to prepare an Apple device for return:
- Remove the device from Find My iPhone

Failure to remove Activation Lock will prevent the device from being reused and may delay closure of your return.
Returning the Device
Once your device is prepared, follow the steps below to package and return it using the box and outer mailer provided.
- Ensure the device has been reset and powered off
- Place the device in the protective sleeve
- Use the adhesive tape to seal the box
- Place the sealed box inside the outer mailer and seal it
No additional postage or labels are required.
To ship your device, drop the sealed mailer off at your nearest FedEx location:

What Happens if the Device is Not Returned?
If a device is not returned within the required timeframe:
- Reminder notifications will continue
- The request may be escalated to your manager
- Further action may be taken in line with company policy
