If your organization permits self-service, you will have access to the Customer Employee Portal .
Within this portal, you will see a range of self-service options.
Disconnect Service
If you no longer require a service, you can simply submit a support request to have the service disconnected.
Navigate to 'Order / Get Support' and select the 'Disconnect Service' option.
Select the service you wish to disconnect, enter the disconnection reason and click submit.
You will receive an email confirmation when this order has been processed.
