There are a number of ways to check your upgrade eligibility in Veroxos. This article outlines these methods and outlines how company policy can impact upgrade eligibility.
How to Check Upgrade Eligibility:
There are three ways to determine this from the Customer Employee Portal:
1. Home Screen - Active Services Card
2. Service Summary Screen
3. Log a Support Request
Important - the device upgrade policy is set by your organization, not Veroxos.
If upgrade is unavailable, please contact your IT / Wireless Help Desk to understand what the company policy is.
Home Screen - Active Services Card
On the Veroxos Home screen, your active services will be displayed at the top center of the screen. The upgrade eligibility date is shown within the card for each active service.
Service Summary Screen
To view the full service information, including the upgrade eligibility date, click on 'My Services'.
Then select the service you would like to upgrade to view the service summary. The date can be seen below, highlighted by the red box.
Log a Support Request
You also have the option to log a support request to confirm your upgrade eligibility date and status.
Navigate to 'Order / Get Support' and then select the 'Check Upgrade Eligibility'. Select the service you would like to upgrade and the information will be displayed.
