If your organization requires manager approval for certain ticket types, this article will explain how to review your team's requests and submit a decision.
This short video provides a quick overview of the features for managers:
Home Screen Approval Card
For users with manager status, the Approvals Card and Approvals Menu will be visible. The Approvals Card will only be displayed when a ticket is pending manager approval.
This is highlighted by the red boxes in the below screenshot:
Approvals Screen
Clicking 'Approvals' in the side navigation will display the Approvals screen. On this screen you are able to review any pending tickets and view your approval history.
Once your decision has been recorded, the requester will receive an email notification with your decision.
