A Transfer of Liability or TOL is a manual process that varies between carriers. This article provides general guidance on how to transfer the billing liability of your line from corporate liability to personal liability or to a new employer's corporate account.
Please note that some companies may not permit the number to be transferred to personal ownership.
Start Your Transfer:

Sign in to Veroxos
- Navigate to 'Order / Support Request'
- Select the workflow: Transfer of Liability to Personal
Populate the requested information in the web form. Please ensure you include your personal email address, as this is critical for us to communicate with you if you plan to leave your current employment.
What Happens Next?
Step 1 - Once the form is submitted, the request may be sent to your manager for approval.
Step 2 - Once approved, your number will be released from the corporate account. Please note this could take up to 48 hours following manager approval.
Step 3 - You will receive an email (to your personal address) with instructions to complete the transfer.
Step 4 - Return your company mobile device to your employer. Instructions will be emailed to you following submission of this ticket.
