If your organization leverages the Veroxos ordering solution and permits self-service upgrades, you can submit a device upgrade request by following these simple steps:

Sign in to Veroxos
- Navigate to 'Order / Support Request'
- Select the workflow for device upgrade
- Complete the workflow and submit your request
Important - Your company may enforce a policy that only permits device upgrades for certain age devices.
Please first check your upgrade eligibility and then use the 'Device Upgrade' workflow.
