Basic Operations

In this Help Center, you will find lots of detailed information on how to use the solution. However, in this article, we explain some of the basic operations to get you started.

Understanding your Home Screen

As an Employee or Manager, this is the primary screen you will be presented with upon successful login.

In this section, we describe each of these dashboard components.

Quick Menu

This is the main navigation menu for the Veroxos web application.  Based on your permissions, you may see different options in this menu.

Support Options

This section is intended to give you all the support you require to use Veroxos effectively.  The options include this Help Center as well as the V Bot which is a conversational AI chatbot solution.

Your Cost Trend

Veroxos helps you to understand the cost of corporate services that you as an employee incur.  This component shows the monthly cost trend and combines the cost of all of your Veroxos services.

Your Active Services

In this section, you can see your active services.  For mobile services, you can also see your eligibility for a device upgrade.

Tickets

The tickets component displays your recent tickets. A ticket is generated for any requests you make through the Veroxos application. It could be for an order, a fault or simply advice on company policy.

Custom Message

The custom message section is for your company to display corporate messages. Organizations often use this as a bulletin board for important information regarding company technology services.

Quick Steps

Quick steps are links to specific workflows that allow you to action some sort of change.  These are configurable by your organization administrator and help to navigate to your important requests quickly.

Monthly Cost Trend

This component further breaks down your monthly charges, allowing you to see any irregular usage patterns or spot any strange charges. If you do see any unexpected charges, you can contact support to learn more and potentially raise a dispute.
