What is a User Role?
A User Role is a type of user within the Veroxos platform. Your role dictates the features you have access to and the permissions you have to view data.
Roles are set at a system level and cannot be customized. However, permissions can be customized to ensure the roles meet the needs of the individual Veroxos customer.
User Roles
The table below outlines the User Roles in Veroxos:
User Role | Description |
---|---|
Employee |
This role is for end users of the Veroxos solution who are typically the employees of the company that are using the technology services we are managing. For example, a cell phone user who is not a manager would be classed as an Employee in Veroxos. |
Manager |
This role is for end users that manage a team of employees. A Manager user will have all the features of an Employee but will also have the ability to view team costs, approve and review support tickets and view hierarchical reports. |
Administrator |
The role is for the administrators of the Veroxos solution that works for the Veroxos customer. These users have access to additional reporting, solution configuration and additional tools to interrogate costs and tickets. |
Partner |
This role is for partner organizations that manage the Veroxos solution for their customers. Partners have access to our back-end administration system to make changes to the solution configuration and carry out account maintenance. |
